They did everything right I believe. Except they should have known that a tazer can cause a cardiac arrest and CPR needs to be started ASAP and 14 minutes for paramedics to respond to a Cardiac Arrest is quite sad also.

Let me clarify that last reactionary comment. We need to protect our right to bear arms, and seek justice on these cases, and hold law enforcement accountable, and unable to hide behind the "we have to react in high pressure situations with split-second decisions" defense. It's an outrage. Our police need to understand right from wrong, and if they cannot, they need to be removed from their positions and incarcerated, or banned from policing. My comment is a warning, not a call to more violence.

America needs to wake up and every american needs to realize THE COPS ARE NOT HERE TO HELP OR PROTECT YOU THEY ARE HERE TO INSLAVE TORTURE AND KILL YOU!! Now that they are not just doing this to black people I really hope all of america can now see the police force for what they really are.. you used to think blacks blamed cops for all the problems now you see first hand that cops are causing all sorts of terrible shit in the USA!! more cops need to put down the badge and demand a change!
