What this slimeball DOESN'T say out loud is that he and his party are the ones holding the FEMA relief money up by demanding conditions for its use -- that whatever money goes to disaster relief has to be taken out of some part of the existing budget!
Suggestion: let's take that money out of the salaries and office expenses of every one of these slimeballs that is holding up disaster relief for the people who need it.
