What can I say. The video was forwarded to me by a friend.. After posting I found there are lots of skating dogs, some of them canine ^o^. I don't know the real name of the dog but it appears to be Extreme Pete.

Basically, I'm a dog lover, and I feel that there was no creulty done here, I was also, once upon a time, a skateboarder. What i'm seeing here, probably my all time fave net clip, is friendship between a man an his dog. Dog is not just a 'pet', he/she becomes one of the family/your best mate.

???WTF??? The dogs name isnt JoJoe, thats the name of the person the Beetles where singing about in the song. That dogs name is Pete, better known as Extreme Pete. Get at least the names of the characters right before you make youtube videos of them.

@mrmaxito17 Your probably right. I didn't know the dog's name. There weren't any other posts that I knew of back in 2008 when it was forwarded to me. Now I see quite a few. Sorry, if I had known more I would have included the info. Just thought it was a great video from whomever and a fun post.

the guys that trained him took like 2 to 3 years but now he jojoe is so famous ( and skates better than me )

I really like this video too. We had two dogs but they past away. I have thought about getting another like this one. It is so smart and looks like it would be a happy companion.
