It has been awhile since I've messaged you. I've been off and around and exploring.

Watching your videos again makes me happy. It's not so much what you say but who you are that comes across and I'm grateful to have that good vibe in my life again. I feel it reverberating through me. It's a softness that feels ancient. Like a flower with roots that go down a mile into the earth.

i will try. honestly try. there are a few people in my life right now that are not my favorite people.  but today i will try very hard not to think ill of them and to send blessings to them. perhaps it will allow me to let go of some of the anger i feel towards these couple of people. thanks for challenging me to look inside and try something that is really hard for me.
