Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra Plays one of the most famous composition of Johann Strauss, "Kaiser Waltz(Kaiserwaltzer)", under the direction of Herbert Von Karajan. Recorded for Polydor in 1952.
I have lots of LPs done by Karajan, but this is the only one 78rpm record of him which I have.
Karajan was one of my favorite conductors when I started to listen Classical music seriously, but as my ears became familiar to the pre-WW2 performers, now I don't like his performances as I used to be. His interpretation is too heavy and somewhat too dramatic.
Played on my Numark turntable.

I had no idea that they were still using that label into the 1950's.
