RAW-Made for the SmartJustice for Young People campaign by Graham Clayton Chance who has made videos for REM and the Scissor Sisters. This animated short film gives both young people and victims of crime a voice and asks why do young people commit crime and what should we do about it? The film has been selected for the One Dot Zero Festival-the acclaimed International animation and contemporary video festival and will be screened around the world.
