Ohhh man slick Wing Chun. My Jeet kune do instructor taught me this same concept years ago and i never forgot it. Wish i would have learned it prior to all those streetfights tho, lol !

When you go for the center as you say, are you trying to attack the core in to throw the opponents balance off just for a sec or so to do other damage?
