How to silkscreen with vinyl stencils no emulsion or cap film. Our tips for supplies and how to use. Easy to clean and reclaim your screens. In this video we use Matsui water base ink and pigment, our Yudu and Ryonet aftermarket platen and frame.

  • Sign supply company or on line auction like eBay. 100+ printed many times just waiting for that larger order. Water base inks is our favorite to print too.

  • We don't use emulsion just a vinyl stencil. This ink is made for manual and automatic press so it holds up well and cleans with water. a small mist bottle may be needed if it starts to become stiff in the screen.

  • where do you get ink and dye ? can you save ink ? how do you know how much blue to put in ?
