  • I would love to debate professor Zunes. Israel is NOT an occupier under the Fourth Geneva Convention.... he put such a liberal twist on international law its embarrassing.

    Countries may in fact seize land by military force if it is in the act of self-defense.

    He also failed to mention that every single resolution on the Arab-Israeli conflict (especially 242 and 338) are Chapter VI resolutions, making them nothing more than recommendations. they carry no legal weight.
