Andrea Rossi's eCat is nothing more than a Kettle. His video demonstrates more energy output than input, but neglects to explain the reason is the thermal energy stored in water when you heat it up. You can gradually increase that energy by heating and it will release higher amounts for a short period as steam.

In other words, boiling an electric kettle. The man is a con artist.
