I just heard of this video and I saw it. . I do not understand how people can do that to People. I really honestly can only blame parents. but I dont know. It does have to stop. This is horrible. Parents please do not neglect your children, children do grow up angry. It's the parents fault. I hope all of those horrible kids go to jail for the rest of their lives.
