@PLAlfa Ok. I'm not a zbrush user yet, but maybe your uv's are different in your max model.
Have you tried to import the zbrush model with the lowest subdivisions and of course the UV's of that model? I think that's the problem.
Zbrush for what I know changes the basic mesh if you do some major changes on the high subdivision level of your model on zbrush. Resulting on a mismatch of any texture applied later on the original model. I'm not very sure.
@micoromico thx.. but what about that when i have god adaptive UVT in zbrush and texture from polypaint in zbrush looks OK but in 3d max evrything becomes messed up.... i know that textures must be fliped up ... but iven if i do tht the texture looks masy and the ditales from texture dispaire

@PLAlfa UV's are the 2d information of which a polygon's texture is based. No UV's no texture can be displayed.
Normal maps are used for faking the lighting of bumps and dents. It is used to add details without using more polygons.
