Well said. It's amazing how many people blindly believe in their religions but then scoff at the notion of intelligent life existing elsewhere. Arrogance & Ego. These 2 things also prevent scientists & historians from acknowledging new, compelling information as it comes to light. Who wants to admit they were wrong and then re-write all those books?

I just know the kjv of the bible contradicts itself. Which proves it was written to fit a man made cause. I am a son of a minister and my dad is probably turning over in his grave. @Vinfested I believe that even though the old testament was based on the Sumerian stories where god is an outward jealous alien who wants to control people and doesn't want them to know about real spirituality, Jesus was trying to teach about real spirituality where the kingdom of heaven is within and god is love and light and we have personal power where if we believe with our heart and mind it will happen. The Catholic church tried to hide John where he said the kingdom of heaven is within.

@MolecularMoonlight I know someone that studied Sumerian at Cambridge University and whilst an intern at the British Museum it was explained to her that the textual references you are referring to are different periods when the gods created mankind - and then decided that they (the gods) would make some adjustments to us :-) Read it with that perspective in mind and it makes perfect sense :-)

Every fanatic christian here doesn't realize that in fact these tablets are more on their side than on the side of current science. Gods that created us in their own image etc. the fact is that the words on these tablets haven't changed in 6000 years while bible is constantly adapting to modern man. Also bible as we know it was constructed from countless stories from around the known world in middle ages put together by different authors and translated a lot.
