I am a bottle flipping, cocktail making Bartender. I have been mixing cocktails and competing since 2003. I am really passionate about entertaining people, trying to demystify the Cocktail Bar experience and I want to eventually create the Holy Grail of Cocktails, a hangover free drink. So far I have only managed to create sugar free alternatives to classic recipes, but fingers crossed...
