Ouch,are u using 80 mm fans? that cant be good for htpc. i pre fer 120 mm fans there more quiet. nice speakers :)

Yeah, for now I am. I am going to be building another computer here shortly with an actual HTPC case, and will be moving it where the 360 is, and then putting the 360 on top of the cable box.
