This is a raw MTS file pulled directly from the camera and uploaded to youtube. As you can see YouTube can't process raw MTS files properly yet. You have to convert to MPEG-4 or something more YouTube friendly, but you will likely lose quality.
It should be stated clearly - the reason this video *looks* so good is because there is not a lot of movement. Less movement and variation from frame to frame results in a higher quality result on YouTube. That is how their encoder works. Something about it being "tricked" into believing it can up the frame rate because each frame seems almost the same. Higher frame rate = higher quality. I look forward to them fixing the sound issues, and high-movement video problems though.
