Injuries! How does it effect your training? Well, look, it's been terrible for me, injured, can't weight train... eating badly, because not in the right frame of mind...need to fix myself up!

  • Well, according to my research, there's only one thing that matters, and that's low body fat, to reveal the abs beneath...also, there's no such thing as 'spot reduction' on certain areas, you lose body fat, where you lose it! according to your genetics...for me, the last place is the waist...as for advice! Just got to weight train, eat right, and lose Body fat, without losing muscle... simple yet, proving difficult to do...especially if you keep injuring yourself- all the best!

  • Thanks! Your right, I'm back to it this week...though you have to be smart and not train so hard you keep your injuries from healing!!
