@pschmikalopaliks Yup you just gotta train right
-
@ek2bang Ah okay. So is there like a point in the middle where you can still be super flexible but also strong enough to have amazing leaps?
-
@pschmikalopaliks well as xsleepingawakex pointed out she didn't spend enough time on ballet like exercises for strength. When you do something like weight lifting your muscles shorten somewhat gradually if you don't stretch them out like those guys a the gym who can barely scratch their back. In RG there is a point where your muscles becomes so stretched that they have a hard to condensing into muscle strength.
-
@ek2bang Why is it that being super flexible like her reduces your strength?
-
Your English is fine :) The reason why she didn't really show it is simply because of her flexibility. Once you become as flexible as she, then you sacrifice all your strength which is why her jumps aren't high nor as graceful. In contortion you gradually go into a pose unlike RG where it's go go go! She'd probably hurt a kidney or something is she tried at that speed... That's why her strength is her weakness.
-
In youtube is so many videos posted of her flexibility, but it seems like shes not showing it. For example Alina Kabaeva was very talanted gymnast, but her legs and back wasn't so flexible as Kasakova. And why she didnt use all those Kabaevas flexibility elements?!

@ek2bang I don't agree. Look at anna Bessonova, her leg flexibility is also massive and her jump are incredible too. The reason why Kazakova's jumps are weak is the fact that she didn't sacrifise too much time to work on her strength. :/
