I was so pissed when this was cancelled. And for what? A show that didn't run two seasons. DX Why are all the good shows cut short?

@FranksWarJournal i liked the movie, but really only the parts with george and reggie. the rest of it didn't fit with the tone of the show. and "daisy" wasn't even close to the way that she was in the show. i think if they fixed a few things like having her at least act like the laura and having desmond (yes i'm calling him that lol), be more of a believable head reaper.

@arisheps100 Yeah, I think I have yet to find any fan of DLM who loved the movie. Honestly I never figured they would give the show another season as much as I hated to think that because I love Dead Like Me. Because, yeah, let's face it. I have seen worse....but it mostly sucked in comparison to the series.

if they had spent time working on a good script and plot for the movie, instead of being lazy and making a film that even the most dedicated fans couldn't pretend they liked, their may have been a season 3. But with a film like that no one in their right mind would renew it. its a shame to because I think it was a great series with allot of potential.

Instead of that awful movie, they should've just made a spinoff where they all meet at Der Waffle Haus and banter. I miss them.

When the show was cancelled I had waffles everyday for a week for mourning ;( but they were pretty tasty ;)
