Ron Paul is all about the message, not some vain charismatic pandering. His message has never changed in over 30 years! He is a man of integrity, a constitutional statesman, NOT a politician. Listen to what he is saying, people! He is educating, proclaiming. Thank God for Dr. Paul; would to God every man might follow his wonderful example and stand up for liberty.

@dds21089 Once this country returns to a true free market economics system, and the government isn't giving taxpayer dollars to failing companies, keeping them afloat when a free market should've let it collapse. The whole purpose is to let consumers determine how companies ought to be run to cater to the consumer and not the self-interest of the company or they will just go out of business. @OrthodoxAtheist He will first cut back on our crazy military spending. We spend 100000x more than we need to, reconstructing other countries and nation-building. Ron Paul wants a strong defense, and for that, we can easily stop trying to create an empire; just protecting our borders. He will eliminate government spending to such a level that the government wont even require an income tax from the people. We will be able to keep what we earn.

@OrthodoxAtheist Ron Paul wouldn't get rid of medicare right away. He is going to wait until our country is back to a level at which people will be able to have enough money to easily pay for health care, and that hospitals aren't allowed to turn you down because you dont have insurance, and you wouldn't be billed for it, or just a very small amount. It's the way a humane society ought to be, afterall.

@dds21089 Good video to watch, thanks. I'll check on the NAACP leader's words on the subject, and find out how Ron Paul thinks the poor will survive if we get rid of medicare.  If I'm convinced by both answers, then I just might start influencing those around to have an open mind with respect to his candidacy. Thanks for your passion in politics, regardless of whether I end up with the same political affiliation. :)
