As you can see nobody makes a problem of kiting at El yaque. I even see windsurfers, people sitting in the water, all having a good time together.
same counts for Aruba

when landing u always "spot" your labnding spot when ur advanced in kiting.
You could see him watching the guy and dropping his body to the right plkace where he wouldn't crash.
U have to watch out for those who think u gonna land ont hem and then start running directly to your landing spot ;)

expert, no doubt, but I bet his equipment cost a pretty penny. He's sporting what looks like a Legacy board and his chute harness looks like it's rigged for a descent from the atmo! anyway, super cool
