I'm trying to get info on homeschooling but I can't seem to get the answers I'm looking for. I'm under the impression that you have to enroll in a "homeschool" and follow someone else's curriculum. I don't want to feel I'm being monitored as to what I'm teaching and fax lessons back and forth to a school. Why can't I just remove her from public school and begin teaching her? Do I have to check in with my schoolboard? Send test scores? Please, someone help me get answers.
