Life long Michael Jackson fan 40 years not just a fan of his music & dance but of what he stood for, giving, kindness, awareness of what we are doing to each other & our planet. That said, Elvis was dubbed the King Of Rock & Roll years ago. Michael was & always will be The King Of Pop & before that he was The Prince Of Motown.

IMO will aways be the King Of Hearts too. Elvis is teaching MJ how to do the pelvis, MJ is teaching Elvis how to moonwalk & both having a good laugh @ ppl arguing on YT

@jasmin11263 I think that person was talking about talented and ambitious among the Jackson brothers. But he was definitely more talented and ambitious that Elvis, too.

Who knows if there is an afterlife? I don't and neither do you or anyone else. After a while, we believe what we want to believe and what we tell ourselves is true.

I agree with LIz Taylor. Michael was the king of Rock 'n' Roll. Elvis didn't know enough and wasn't talented enough. Silly people say silly things.

@jasmin11263 Well, many of us have been Jackson supporters throughout their careers. Michael was by fare the most talented, hard working, and ambitious one.

A man who couldn't write music or play an instrument and copied the style of others, hardly qualifies as the king of anything. That's your opinion. That's fine. Who "dubbed" Elvis the King of Rock 'n' Roll, people who know little about the genre? Elvis was still learning about that genre. Where did the pelvis moves originate?

@pianistica Blatant racism was a hallmark of the industry. MTV shut him out at first. Michael's goal was to take that door off the hinges, permanently. He obviously had no other interest in lowly Presley. She made promises she couldn't keep, so he ignored her until he could get rid of her.
