  • @GipsyMothIV  There was actually 5 Gipsy's. 1 and 2 were aircraft, 3 was boat which is still in commission somewhere, 4 was the one you see in the video and 5 was built for him too. This was later wrecked on rocks off Australia.

    I still love No.4, I looked after her for 12 months and did the last 2 legs of her second circumnavigation. Bless her.

  • Does Gipsy Mothe have any sisters?I believe the hull constructors were Tufglass /Tylers.(Although no 100% on that).They surely made more than one hull from the mould. Are there any sisters still surviving in the world?
