The rub is that there are people that *don't* laugh their butt off and actually get their feelings hurt by it. When you say something like that on a show that gets watched by MILLIONS, there's bound to be some in there.

Making fun of the language isn't wrong. But using a word that asians usually hear from racists and hatemongers is pretty ignorant. I can poke fun at gay people but if I used AIDS to do it, it would be in bad taste. Either way, it's a sore subject and probably not appropriate for daytime TV. BTW if you want to see a hillarious asian accent search "latina pulls a vietnamese accent"

When she was makeing that lame "impression" of the Chinese Language on a show like "The View", do u have any idea whom and how many people were watching the show? U want people to be like Rosie and say "Ching Chong" to every single Asian? There are many Chinese in this country whom are the legal citizens of the United States! They are Americans, too!
