SPUI 3D ANIMATION FOR INTERSTATE 29/35 AND FRONT STREET

This animation from HNTB shows how the new Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI) will look at Interstate 29/35 and Front Street. A SPUI is considered to be safer-reducing the number of spots where vehicles could collide. A SPUI will also handle larger volumes of traffic, and is more space-efficient, with less land needed to construct than a traditional cloverleaf interchange. This part of the kcICON Project will offer new, more effective connectivity to the Riverfront area in Kansas City, MO.
