Part 2 in my "Tales of Sam the Super Teacher." A true disaster on legs who I knew when I lived and worked in South Korea. If there was trouble to be made or found, this guy would do it!

  • Q: How did this guy stay employed?

  • @joeafrolovesblow That is a very good question! I have no ideas...

  • Hey BusanKevin

Super entertaining posts. I have a couple friends, fellow Canadians, who have been teaching in Japan for the last 2 yrs, previously in Korea for 2 yrs. They recommended checking your channel out. Pls keep the videos coming, I keep telling them to get on board with youtube, though I think I you are much more entertaining... they know it so its cool.

  • I'm glad your friends pointed you in my direction! Thanks for watching :)

  • Your right Kev, the Mormons and Jehovas Witnesses are everywhere. I've had them come to my door like 4 times in Yokkaichi to my and their always great surprise to see one another in Japan haha.

  • My first year i Korea I lived in a small city. The Jehovas would be at my apartment EVERY sunday knocking on my door. They even had English versions of their magazine, Wacthtower....I couldn't hide!

  • My cousin answered, "yeah, he's my friend." After that, they showed us the hotel room key on him they used to track him to our room. They then explained that he was passed out drunk on the beach, so they searched and found the key and brought him here. They then simply brought him in, literally dropped him onto the bed, and then went off. He stayed in that bed for the next seven hours

  • I had a similar experience in Mexico. I was vacationing with my family in Veracruz, which is a seaside city so it's popular for vacationers. A friend of my cousin's went off on his own in the middle of an evening, which we figured he would probably spend with a lady. At 7AM the next morning, the police knock on our hotel room door really loudly. My cousin answers, and they ask, "Do you know him?" They were carrying his friend behind him...

  • see my friends know better i would beat his ass when he got up for getting me up ealry after partying all night and for cops being at the door laying outside my door like that but again thats something to you will find funny later on right in life me too

  • oh my god ! LOL! that was scary ... i wanna see him!

  • Good god Kevin..i know what you mean..i live with one exactly like that..!! Now..the good part is that i'm moving to Kyoto in less than 5 months..soo..hopefully i won't have to endure someone like that anymore....hopefully..!! Great story Kevin..!! Alex(Montreal)

  • @ajalee11 stars arent on youtube anymore

  • these idiots that you are speaking of are generally the "rule," and not the "exception." when you teach in asia (japan, korea, taiwan...), you see the full gamut of north american losers who fail at life. they get a little attention from foreign women whereas in their own country women wouldn't touch them. OR you get the fratboy type losers who think they're invincible to the law and are drunk all the time. asia has LOW standards for english teachers and that's how they STAY employed.
