UPDATE II: well this is also very similar to the look that lady gaga wears in her born this way video, its not quite as detailed as hers because this was the first time I ever did it. However I have photos from the second time I did it which looks way better and alot more like how she wears it in the video. @silverkenon well i got it from a store in whangarei NZ callex xtreme shampoo shoppe. but you can get it online from some places. I cant remember the brand but i know its 'crazy color' or something and the shade is pine green. also manic panic's enchanted forrest or atomic turquoise are really similar and probably more readily available
