great quality, nice bike, good riding, sweet camera angle - pretty good video here, makes me consider the contour as an alternate for the gopro.

@1KiDDeR15 It's all about the kind of camera you use and the output settings you have when you're rendering it. You can search tutorials for proper HD render settings but for a good camera find one that records in 720p-1080p HD.
what program did you use to edit this video

@elzipitio This video is raw video in Quicktime format. It is how the Contour camera saves the videos directly onto the micro SD card. I simply uploaded directly from the card to YouTube. Normally, I use Adobe Photoshop Elements for editing on my PC.

@1KiDDeR15 It's the quality of the camera used. The camera is HD and the recording was done using the lower setting of 720 but recording at 60 frames per second.

@johnsondaniel83 The camera was a gift from my wife but I believe she purchased it from Amazon and the price was around three hundred dollars. I appreciate the positive comments. The VTX is a wonderful cruiser, a true shame that Honda has discontinued the line. Keep in mind that Contour sells a more expensive unit that includes a GPS feature as well as a capability to transmit video to a smart phone using Bluetooth and a downloadable app. in real time.

i wanna know where did you get the hook ups for your iphone on your bike

@wizard1325 the iPhone and GPS mounts were purchased through Mountguys.
The power plug was bought at Radio Shack; a standard iPod charger in black and just plugs into a standard 12V power outlet that I wired in at the base of the handlebars.
