Uitex.agt.zip File usually hangs, if it doesn't hang on your computer, then you're good to go like me. If it hangs, download the file and place it into this directory
"C:\Program Files\DriftCity\Data_US\gameui" or the destination your game is saved to.

After the files are done patching, you have a choice of removing the old launcher. If you feel like it, download the uninstaller and it should get rid of those files.
