@sweetclaire06 my mother had rheumatoid arthritis for 25 years and is now 100 percent arthritis free from following this mans program as he calls it. i have takayasues arteritis, and by following this i have seen insane improvement and will be 100 percent cured in a few months. i have also met someone in person who is beating stage 4 cancer by doing this. instead of just trying to tell everybody hes wrong go talk to people who are doing it and find out if hes right
