2. If it is your first time to vote then you will have to click "register" to obtain a voting account with a valid E-mail.
3. Once you filled in all of the information in the registration box, just click submit and you will receive a confirmation E-mail.
4. Open your E-mail and click "Complete Registration" (Might be in Junk mail)
5. VOTE for Justin Chen 5 times in a row without refreshing the page.
