Thank you so much! I really needed to hear this. I'm a rather seclusive person who focuses all my time and energy into a very niche media (it takes up about 1% of all media consumed here in the states) and I think its starting to have negative effects on my physical health. (I barely get away from the computer, much less see day light) I don't entirely blame my hobby since I also have prison-warden-like guardians, so its really more of an escape. But I need to break away in real life too!
