For Those Who Haven't Tried This Yet, I Recommend It. You Feel The Burn Right Away And You Get Results. One Of My Favorite Shoulder/Chest Workouts. You Don't Need Much Weight Either...A 15 Lbs Dumbell Is Probably All You'll Need.
