Most definitely not. The UDA are loyalists, meaning that they felt the British weren't doing enough to prevent reunification or Catholic rule, and they are willing to use force to prevent Dublin from having any control of Northern Ireland. Think of them (and the UVF) as the IRA's opposite numbers.
