This is why Rory kills it. It's a hard move to learn, though. You have to be slow enough at the top transition to let your body drop, as it's you weight that you are dropping. If you turn too hard to soon, you will come out of it too soon. This is THE power move for flatter plane/body rotation powered golf swings. If you have tall more upright action, counter-fall is the way to go for power. Check out Nicklaus vids for that.

I started hitting shots almost like a shank to the right and low, almost sideways. I cured this by taking the club back about eight inches and pausing like a millisecond and then completing my backswing and the rest of the shot. I always hit the ball really high. How about drill to hit it low and maybe help putting. THANKS
