@xGriiFin They are not brothers. Peter's father was using Sylar but then Sylar discovers the truth by a new power he discovered(detect lives, and by "discover" I mean cut some nice girl's head and acquiring it)... he then kills Peter's father.

Personally I find it absolutely bollocks how they messed Peter about. This was the point where I found the writing of the series to be at an all time low.

Sylars ability causing the hunger? Really? How about when the Haiten took it away, or when the Shanti Virus removed his abilities. He still had the sadistic urge to kill.
