  • @kickothep i do walling to have a consistent fast reflexes, though proper training is needed. It's good that we filipinos have an insight with this stuff :))

  • kickothep, you got it wrong. This routine trains your reflexes, the strength and timing of your wrist, your eye and hand coordination and your consistency in hitting the ball at the sweet spot of your racket. This is very necessary to improve your badminton skills. Walling is just one of the many exercise routines in badminton.

  • i think this is not a proper training kasi hndi po nagalaw ang katawan mo eh.. uo lalakas ka pumalo pero hindi mo alam kung san pupunta ang shuttle.. hehehe.. pag ikaw lang siguro mag isa better do do ah physical exercise.. hehehe.. para umakas stamina mo.. wag po lagi may hawak ng rocket pag nag tetraining..
