To answer your questions in turn:
a. Correct
b. First - string 3 at fret 7 and string 4 at fret 5 then 3 at 8 and 4 at 7.
c. First - 3 at 12 and 5 at 10 then 2 at 10 and 5 at 9.

Lovely playing. Could you give me a few clues as to how to play this, please? In the open position are you fretting just the fifth string at the second and hammering on the fourth at the first fret?
Then when you move up to the fifth and seventh frets, are you just fretting the fourth string or are you fretting other strings too?
Then at the tenth and ninth frets, are you just fretting the fifth and third strings, with the rest open?
