Jesse's pretty darn talented, man. He's very creative, and it's fantastic watching him at live shows where he's doing things like tossing tambourines or drum sticks around mid song when it's time for the sound to change up. He's one cool dude.

Bands can't do shit with a drummer, even if the drummer is shitty, like me, a band still needs one.  I am pretty bad at drums, but my friend cant seem to find one soo... This guy, I think his name Jesse? Is that the drummers name, Jesse? He's pretty god damn good, and so is this band, so if you don't like it go screw yourself and listen to Kesha or whatever the fuck..... Lady Gaga... I don't know...

@MrMagneticPelican SImplicity is not stupid. Jesse plays exactly what he needs to to make the song what it is. Difference between a drummer and a musician is knowing when to play and when not to, and Jesse's parts are musical, almost melodic, and fit the song like a glove. Jesse is a musician, and the exact same can be said about Ringo.

"Everything Under the Sun" will be released on September 7th 2010. In defense of Jesse, he's a lot of fun to watch on stage. While performing, Jesse has the quiet smile of someone who doesn't want to be caught enjoying his work too much.

He plays the fucking drums. It's a very important job. Sure, they give him a hard time, but I'm sure he has creative input.

On a side note, Ringo was and is an incredible, creative drummer. Jesse may not be exceptional, but he's tight and capable. The beautiful thing about JtG is their unity as friends; it wouldn't be the same with someone else.
