@soonerman94 Agreed, I take to their older albums like Morning View and Make Yourself. That being said I still think the newer albums are good music, just not exactly my kind.

@bruscout12 Funny story about jose, when I heard the new album I was a bit disappointed in its simplicity.. then I really paid attention to what he was doing and I was like.. wow.. whole other level of subtle complexity. I HATED this album vehemently for its first 3 months of release, then I just opened my mind and listened to it and its in their top 3 for me. The writing ability of this band is a monster, this album connected new and old, not in heavy-ness but in style and theory.

I really think they have been purposely avoiding putting out their best songs as singles. I mean Punch Drunk, Look Alive, now this song and Rebel Girls off the new album...all have the potential to be HUGE on the radio. But then they would be grouping themselves in with all the mainstream crap out there. Hearing older stuff like Drive or Wish You Were Here on the radio is fine with me - but the real music lovers and Incubus fans know where to look for real, heartful and just plain good rock.
