@SamuGER Diese Version ist NICHT verboten! Die ersten beiden Stophen sind nur nicht mehr die offiziellen und durch das Grundgesetz anerkannten - Und somit nicht bei offiziellen Anlässen zu spielen. Außerdem hat diese Version nichts mit NAZIS zu tun. Den Text gab es schon viel früher und hat nichts mit Adolf Hiltler und der NSDAP zu tun! Der Text wurde in seiner Form durch die NAZIS für Propagandazwecke missbraucht.

So ein Quatsch!. Das Deutschland ist komplett legal - jede Strophe, jedes Wort.
Als Nationalhymne wird allerdings nur die dritte Strophe verwendet. Das bedeutet aber nicht, dass die ersten zwei Strophen in irgendeiner Form staatsfeindlich sind.
