i finished playing the 5 chapters of " tales of monkey island " it was amazing , but i wish i played the whole series before that game including this one cause they're connected in story : /

but i will play them anyways ....

He sounds vaguely Irish to me, but then, I'm always getting European accents mixed up... Which is sad, because I really really love listening to accents.
