Ridin' out the storm

I got tagged by Backroads Bill (Sinawava42) some time ago. Meant to respond to that, but somehow never did. Recently my brother (bassjanne) sent me a video he made of me singing Rodney Crowell's song "Ridin' out the storm".....now I seem to be ridin' out storms most of the time and since my brother included some photos of me in the video I figured I'd make this one my response to Bills video and maybe not be so embarrassed by the whole thing.

I'm 37 years old, father of two boys (7yo and almost 2yo). I'm also lucky enough to be sharing my life with a wonderful woman who kinda keeps my feet down and my back straight.

I live in the deep woods of southern Finland, where I've recently built me a house that I painted black! I like things on the darker side and I believe that shows in my music. Townes Van Zandt is my musical hero and like Ray Wylie Hubbard said it: "If you go dark.....stay dark". If ya'll by some mysterious reason wants to know more about me, send me a mail.

Guy I love this! Excellent tune ... wonderful to learn more and more about our friends... even though I think I had a pretty good clue about those things you mentioned.... it's nice that you chose to complete the 'tag' video even if you were late with it.
