Native Americans to visit Paul-Natorp-Gymnasium in Berlin-Friedenau
March 11, 2010. Representatives from the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the Eastern band of Cherokee Indians visited the Paul-Natorp Gymnasium in Berlin-Friedenau to present Native American culture and talk to eighty 12th grade students of the school. The presentation was part of the MEET US program of the U.S. Embassy. Among the Native American representatives were an alligator wrestler from the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the reigning Miss Cherokee from the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. They were in Berlin to participate in the ITB international travel trade show in Berlin.

Vertreter amerikanischer Indianerstämme haben im Rahmen des MEET US-Programms der Amerikanischen Botschaft das Paul-Natorp Gymnasium in Berlin-Friedenau besucht, um die Kultur der Ureinwohner Amerikas zu präsentieren und mit rund 80 Schülern und Schülerinnen aus der 12. Klassenstufe zu diskutieren. Zu den Darstellern gehören ein Alligator-Wrestler des Stammes Seminole Tribe of Florida und die amtierende Miss Cherokee des Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (North Carolina). Sie besuchen Berlin anlässlich der Internationalen Tourismusbörse ITB.
