If the idea is to draw the model in the amount of time you give us in the video, then i kinda understand it, but still it's pointless making an 8 minute video of a still model.
Here's an idea, why don't you have the model in one pose for ... 30 seconds, then fade out and when fading back in have him in some other pose.

Your other video where the model's body features are more discernible makes for a nice way to practice speed anatomy drawing. Who here drew any of the models in less than 5 minutes? I tried....maybe I'll post my results.
