someone may have said this already but just in case, don't include pits in your drink. seeds are usually ok, but some, (apple), have small amts of cyanide in them. pits are a different story. many have cyanide and other toxins in them. seeds, go for it. pits, or stones, chuck them. happy blending.

Just fyi for everyone - I LOVE mine. I use it once, sometimes twice a day every day since I got one. For a green smoothie, you can actually dump everything in at once, top it off with the ice cubes. blend one minute-Done! He was very careful making this one. Looks good!

Had I not ordered a VitaMix some hours ago, I no doubt would have confidently after watching your video. Great work!

@xnerveagentx Most are fluoridated. In any event I dont see how my comment was misleading. If youre living in a city in either the US or Canada, you most likely have fluoride in your water. That better?

@thatstheguy07 Your comment is misleading, because not all municipalities fluoridate their tap water! (Unfortunately, mine does, but there are plenty that don't!)

tap water has fluoride put in it, which is very bad for us. i try to drink it as little as possible.
what made you choose the vita mix over the blendtec? i found it was between those two when i was looking at these green smoothy videos.

I chose the Vitamix mainly due to the company history and the warranty they provide, even on the refurbished unit I bought. It's the exact same warranty as the brand new units, I think 7 years.
