Hello fellows, wow this is really the cool stuff. I remember Mr. LaSpina’s name from a Jim Hall trio album (I think it was called Jim Hall’s Three) this was an album my music teacher had and Mr. LaSpina played so cool I always remembered his name and today I was browsing a bit trying to remember his name and I did only to find this excellent performance, wow… …the double bass is the only real deal bass instrument and that is just that and especially when its played like this.
