I had a good experience with them for my purchases during xmas time. Customer service is great..I would recommend contacting them again and try being nice. nastiness does not get you anywhere you know. lol

This company is a joke. They appear to only have two employees who work there (Abdul and his boss Pratt)who give you the run around.I have left messages and emails with them and noone returns them. Their shipping guarantee is false. Now their having technical difficulties with their computer system right before Christmas. I will be contacting my lawyer to make sure I get a full credit as well as making sure this company doesn't operate anymore. Don't order from them! You have been warned!
