  • This is just a drill for conditioning, warming up, not street application. The "squat thrust" you reference is done to simulate a sprawl technique.

  • Now this is a good routine! Just one thing though... For low kicks you might want to have the other person hold one of those muay tai kicking pads or a similar longer cushion pad. It is rather awkward with those focus mits and it makes the person practice bad form. Just my two cents.

  • lol. just lol.

  • dogbonez sounds like an expert....oh..no..wait.... he doesn't..

  • @dogbonez Takes an american to make dumbass statements like that.

  • Even the average WWE clown could beat the average K-1 amature.

  • @dogbonez Haha elite drama clubs like UFC.

You might as well have said WWE.

  • Americans fight in more elite organizations like the UFC and professional boxing, not some amature fight club like K-1.

  • @dogbonez I dont see any americans there, you guys still cant defend a low kick.

    It depresses me.

  • HAHAHAHAH! K-1 is shit! Those guys are average at best.

  • @dogbonez Go watch k1, period.
